This site sets no cookies
No cookies are placed on your device by somadm.com. There is no analytics platform, no advertising pixel, no heatmap or session-recording tool, no chat widget, no embedded video player and no social media tracker anywhere on this website. No data is written to local storage or session storage either.
Because there are no non-essential cookies or trackers, this site does not show a cookie consent banner. Under the ePrivacy rules and the Finnish Electronic Communications Services Act, consent is required for storing or accessing information on your device for non-essential purposes — and that does not happen here.
What does happen when you load a page
Three things reach a third party as a normal part of delivering the site, none of which involve cookies:
- Hosting. The site is served by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and delivery.
- Fonts. The Sora typeface is fetched from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google so the font file can be returned. Google Fonts does not set cookies, but the request is logged.
- Form submissions. If you send the enquiry form, its contents go to Netlify Forms and to my email inbox. Nothing is submitted unless you press the button.
Links to other websites
Links to Skool, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and client websites are ordinary links, not embeds. Those services only receive information about you if you choose to click through, at which point their own cookie policies apply.
If tracking is added later. The moment analytics, a Meta or TikTok pixel, an embedded video, or any similar tool is added to this site, a consent banner with genuine Accept, Reject and Preferences options becomes legally required, and the tool must not run until consent is given. This policy and the Privacy Policy would need updating at the same time.
